Aam tor par yeh khayal zahir kiya jata hai ke ‘sardi’ warzish karne ka behtareen waqt hai. Bar-e-sagheer samait shumali kure par abad tamam mumalik mein sardiyon ka mausam apne shabab par hai aur baaz ilaqay to barf bari ki wajah se jam se gaye hain.

Aam khayal ke mutabiq is mausam mein bohot se log jismani sargarmiyon ko tarjeeh dete hain jin mein warzish karna, dorna aur doosre outdoor aur indoor khel khelna shamil hai. Lekin aaj kal warzish ke doran ya phir sirf chahal qadmhi ya cricket khelne ke doran dil se mutaliq masail ki wajah se logon ke foot hone ki khabrein aati rehti hain.

Amreeki hukoomat ki National Library of Medicine ki website par post ki gayi ek tehqeeq mein bataya gaya hai ke dil ki bimariyan aur maut garmiyon ki nisbat sardiyon mein zyada hoti hain.

To aisi surat-e-haal mein sawal yeh hai ke kya sardiyon mein warzish karna waqai zyada faidemand hai? Ya kya sardiyon mein warzish ya jogging karne se dil ke dore ka khatra barh jata hai?

BBC Gujarati Service ne in sawalat ke jawab hasil karne ke liye India ke kuch mahireen sehat se baat ki hai.

Sardi ka mausam aur dil ki sharayanoon mein tabdeeli

Gujrat ke mashhoor heart specialist surgeon Dr. Sukumar Mehta sardi ke mausam mein dil ki haalat ki wazahat karte hue kehte hain ke ‘shadeed sardi mein hamare jism ki sharayanoon tang ho jati hain. Yeh tabdeeli bohot ahem hai aur warzish ke doran iska khayal rakhne ki zarurat hai.’

Times of India ki ek report mein maahir-e-amraz-e-qalb aur Max Hospital ke cardiologist Dr. Chander Shekhar hamare dil par sardi ke asraat ke baare mein batate hain: ‘Sardi ka mausam hamare dil par zyada dabao dalta hai. Kyun ke jism ko garam rakhne ke liye dil ko zyada mehnat karni parti hai.’

Rajkot ke Giriraj Hospital ke critical care specialist Mayank Thakkar ne Dr. Mehta ki baat ki tayeed karte hue kaha ke ‘sardi ka mausam aam tor par dil ki nalion (sharayanoon) ke sukrne ka sabab banta hai. Yeh mausam dil tak khoon le jane wali nalion ke tang hone ka bhi sabab banta hai.’

Jaadey ke mausam aur is ke doran dil ki sharayanoon mein hone wali tabdeeli ke baare mein jaan’ne ke baad BBC Gujarati ne is mausam mein warzish, chahal qadmi ya jogging aur heart attack se iska taluq jaan’ne ki koshish ki hai.

Iski wazahat karte hue Dr. Mehta kehte hain: ‘Aisa nahi hai ke sardiyon mein warzish karna zyada faidemand hai. Kisi bhi mausam mein warzish karna utna hi faidemand hai jitna ke sardiyon mein.’

Isi tarah Dr. Thakkar ne bhi kaha ke ‘sardiyon ya garmiyon mein warzish karna umooman nuqsan deh nahi hota. Lekin warzish shuru karne se pehle kuch ehtiyati tadabeer ikhtiyar karne ki zarurat hai.’

Warzish karte waqt kin cheezon ka khayal rakhna chahiye?

Dr. Thakkar kehte hain: ‘Jaisa ke pehle bataya gaya hai ke sardi mein dil ki sharayanoon sukr jati hain. Jab dil ki sharayanoon charbi se bhari hoti hain to qudrati tor par sharayanoon se khoon ke behne ka rasta pehle hi tang ho jata hai.’

‘Aisi surat-e-haal mein jab sardiyon ki wajah se tube zyada sukr jati hai to rasta mazeed chhota ho jata hai. Is se sardi mein heart attack ka khatra barh jata hai.’

Warzish aur jism par is ke asraat ke baare mein wo kehte hain: ‘Sardi mein warzish, chahal qadmi, aerobics aur yoga jaisi sargarmiyan zyada asani se ki ja sakti hain kyun ke jism zyada tawana aur quwwat se bhara hota hai. Aam tor par jab aap warzish karte hain to jism mein hararat peda hoti hai jo aapki sharayanoon ki tangi ko kam karne mein madad karta hai.’

‘Lihaza yeh nahi kaha ja sakta ke sardi mein warzish karne se heart attack ka khatra barh jata hai. Balki, warzish se dil ke dore ke khatre ko numayan tor par kam hote dekha gaya hai.’

Dr. Thakkar mazeed kehte hain: ‘Iska matlab yeh nahi hai ke warzish shuru karte waqt khayal rakhne ki zarurat nahi hai. Warzish shuru karne ya koi bhi khel khelne se pehle ek dafa apni sehat ka muaina zaroor karwa lena chahiye. Aur apni report aur doctor ke mashwaray ke mutabiq hudood mein rehte hue warzish karni chahiye.’

Warzish mein ehtiyat

Dr. Mehta bhi is baat se mutafiq hain. Wo kehte hain: ‘Chahay aap sardiyon mein warzish karein ya garmiyon mein, waqtan fawaqtan tibi raye hasil karna zaroori hai. Taa’ke aadmi ko maloom ho ke wo khud warzish ke liye mozoon hai ya nahi.’

‘Agar koi fitness ke baare mein jaanta hai, to wo yeh faisla kar sakta hai ke kis qisam ki aur kis shiddat ki warzish zaroori hai. Taa’ke hamare saath sehat ka koi nakhushgawar waqiya pesh na aaye.’

Dr. Chander Shekhar ke mutabiq: ‘Pehle se dil ke masail se dochar logon ko khaas tor par sardiyon mein khatra rehta hai. Is liye sardiyon mein warzish karte hue kuch cheezon ka khayal rakhna bohot zaroori hai. Misal ke tor par, garam kapron mein warzish karna aur warzish shuru karne se pehle munasib warm-up karna waghera ahem hai.’

Is ke ilawa aaj kal warzish karte hue ya khel ke doran achanak dil ka dorah parhne ya maut ke zimmedar doosre awaamil ke baare mein baat karte hue Dr. Mayank Thakkar kehte hain: ‘Aaj kal bohot se log apne jism ko samjhe baghair warzish karna ya khel khelna shuru kar dete hain jis ki wajah se aise waqiat runuma hote hain. Iske ilawa munasib araam aur warm-up ke baghair warzish karne ki wajah se dil par achanak dabao parhne ka imkaan bhi barh jata hai, jis ke nateeje mein aise moamlat pesh aa sakte hain.’
