Jannat ka mewa kehlane wali anjeer ko chahe dry karke khaya jaye ya taza phal ki surat mein, iske andar mojood beshumar vitamins, minerals aur fiber sehatmand aur tawana rakhne mein har surat mein madadgar rehte hain.

Anjeer ka phal darasal shehtoot ke khandan se talluq rakhta hai. Iska anokha meetha zaiqa deegar phalon se qadray mukhtalif hota hai.
