Woh kehte hain ke 'jo bhi shakhs sehatmand rehne ka irada rakhta hai usse zyada protein wali podon par mabni ghizayein jaise phalian, tofu aur whole grain (pura anaj) khana chahiye. Aur wazan uthaanay ki baqaida mashqon ki bhi unki zaroorat hai.'
Vitamin B12 ek ahm zaroorat hai. Yeh sirf janwaron se padne wali masnoaat mein paya jata hai aur yeh insani ghiza mein ek ahm juzo hai. Maahireen ka kehna hai ke aksar vegan tarz-e-zindagi wale is se mehroom rehte hain.
