Dr. Seema Gulati ka kehna hai ke bawajood iske ke log apni sehat ka khayal rakhte hain aur diet ke dauran aisi ghiza ka intikhab karte hain jiska unke jism ko zarurat hoti hai, tahum is dauran khorak ka matlooba tasanuj kharab ho jata hai aur vitamins bhi ghair mutawazan ho jate hain.
